SAUSAGES

All our
sausages are freshly made on the premises. We do not buy in
any
imported meat to make them, we only use meat from our usual
suppliers. We use top quality seasonings, herbs and spices and
we only use natural casings. Being
a hand made product
means that the sausages may vary in size, but not quality.

We do not add any fat to the
meat, but the Gloucester Old Spot Sausages do
contain more fat,
as that is the nature of the meat. We guarantee that all our
pork sausages contain a minimum of 65% meat (that is the law),
but most
contain between 70% and 75%. The rest of our
sausages contain a minimum of 60% meat (unless otherwise
stated). Listed below are some of the more popular
varieties we can produce, but, with due notice, we will be
pleased to make a sausage to your own specification. For this
service we do require a minimum order of 5
kilograms.
