David Harrison uses traditional breeds of cattle that naturally
thrive out in the fields. The breed and their lifestyle produces
firm textured, flavoursome, juicy Scotch
Beef. They only feed on traditionally grown
crops. The healthy outdoor environment, combined with the
hardiness of these traditional breeds, removes the need for growth
promoters or routine medication. When available, we also stock
Essex Saltmarsh lamb and
Gloucestershire Old Spot pork and these breeds
attract a premium of between 10-15% above other breeds we sell.
