IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

David Harrison prides himself on quality.  That quality applies whether you buy direct from the shop or through the Internet.  David Harrison only supplies meat that has reached the 'right quality', and there may be rare occasions when the meat needs to be hung a little longer to mature.  Any delays will of course be notified to customers to avoid disappointment.

Deliveries are made through Amtrak (or equivalent) by overnight delivery service.  To ensure the product reaches you the customer in excellent condition all deliveries are contained in styrene boxes packed with chillpacks.  Delivery is guaranteed before 5.00pm on the delivery date (there is a supplement for delivery before midday), which will be notified to you at the time of order, or soon after.

Deliveries that are made on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays) are charged at £10.00 per delivery. The Delivery charge includes packing and overnight delivery and is added to the price of the Goods.

The Delivery Charge is not subject to VAT. Deliveries made on Saturdays are subject to an additional delivery surcharge, which will be notified to the Buyer by the Seller when the special arrangements are made.

Any customer is warmly invited to visit the shop during normal opening hours from 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 2pm on Saturdays. The shop can be found at 52-54 The Ridgeway Westcliff on Sea, Essex SS0 8NU.
