BEEF
We use two main beef
suppliers, Scotch Premier (who hold a royal warrant) and Highland
Meats of Saltcoats. Our beef is Specially Selected Scotch and is
guaranteed to be of the highest quality. We ensure that all our beef
is matured for a minimum of three weeks before offering it for sale,
and therefore, may ask you to be patient if demand exceeds supply
occasionally. All our beef is meticulously prepared by removing all
excess gristles and fat before cutting and packing. You may request
that a little more fat be left in place if that is what you would
like.
